About Us

Customs Street Advisors is a full service investor relations firm offering a rich menu of services to support our clients’ capital markets, corporate finance and corporate governance relationships. We work closely with companies preparing to list or already quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

As the local stock market has grown in recent years, with the attendant fierce competition for capital, the challenges of communication and engagement about value management initiatives by public companies have also risen to the top of the agenda.

Our team of professionals, supported by the state-of-the-art technology, is ably qualified to help companies succeed in this daunting new world.

We provide our clients with the channels, platforms and tools they need to successfully engage the investors and intermediaries on the issues all parties consider important.

Through our services, companies provide these vital stakeholders with clear access routes for feed-exchanges which fosters constructive dialogue. Ultimately, this results in consensual decisions on how shareholder wealth should be created.

We offer financial markets support and ancillary services to securities issuers on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in their various interactions with the investment community, which generally include:

  • Offers to sell securities
  • Communication of the performance of the assets underlying those securities
  • Solicitation of support for the sale and purchase other assets; and
  • Invitations to affirm decisions on how those assets should be managed.

Through ValueClear we also provide access to relevant and credible corporate and market data, multi-way communications channels among companies, intermediaries and investors as well as comprehensive tools for optimal participation in the capital markets.
